when I’m doing a phone call people I can’t hear people voice people can’t hear my voice also that’s happened both sides and my iPhone speaker don’t work also I need help

I need back up my previous way it was before li my phone speaker was working when I make a phone call people able to hear my voice and I will able to hear people voice also please
