No other version is available for the iPhone 7.

Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

• If you have an iPhone 5S or 6/6plus, the highest you can update to is 12.5.7

• If you have an iPhone 6S through 7, or SE 1st generation, you can update to 15.8.2

• If you have an iPhone 8 or X, you can update to 16.7.7

• If you have an iPhone SE (2nd generation or later), or XR through 15, you can update to 17.5.1

Older iPhones such as the iPhone 5s, 6, and 6 Plus are not capable of running iOS 13 – let alone iOS 14. Unless I am mistaken, all iPhones which COULD run iOS 14 when it came out are also compatible with iOS 15 (or beyond). If any of those iPhones are still running iOS 13 or earlier, they would be offered upgrades PAST iOS 14, but not TO it.

If you see message that your phone already has the latest update......there are no more updates for your phone.

It's no longer possible to install 14. Use a computer or the Software Update function in Settings to update to 15.7.6.

iOS 14 is no longer available.

The iPhone 7 is capable of handling iOS 15.7.6

Settings > General > Software Update

You will need a good Wi-Fi connection and fully charged battery
