I understand that you are referring to the passcode that is used to get to the Home Screen of your iPhone. I also understand that your iPhone has been disabled. You will have to reset the passcode to your iPhone by following the instructions in this guide published by Apple 👉  If you forgot the passcode or if your iPhone has been disabled. You will need a computer to execute this procedure and all the data on your iPhone will be erased.

Hopefully, you have a backup created on 👉 iCloud and/or on a computer. If you do then, you can 👉 Restore your iPhone from the backup file once your passcode has been reset and the iPhone has been returned to factory settings by the procedure in the link above.

If your iPhone or iPad has iOS 15.2 or higher installed, then review this guide published by Apple 👉 How to remove your iPhone passcode without a computer

I’m sorry to hear about your situation. If you’ve forgotten your iPhone passcode, you can’t directly change it through iCloud. However, you can use iCloud to erase your device, which removes the passcode. Note that this will also erase all data from your device.

Here’s how you do it:

1. From another device, go to icloud.com/find.

2. If prompted, sign in with your Apple ID.

3. Click “All Devices” at the top of the screen.

4. Select the device that you want to remove the passcode from.

5. Click “Erase [device].” This will erase your device and its passcode.

6. Once the device has been erased, you can restore it from your most recent backup during the setup process.

If you don’t remember your Apple ID password, you’ll need to reset that first by going to iforgot.apple.com.

Please remember that erasing your device will delete all of your data and settings. Also, in order to erase your iPhone, it needs to be online. If it isn’t, the erase begins the next time your device is online.

If none of these steps work, you may need to reach out to Apple Support for further assistance.
