"We've run into a problem" Windows 11 Preview

On 'Listen Now', 'Browse', and 'Radio' I keep getting a 'We've run into a problem' error and am presented with a button that says 'Try Again'. Hitting the button, while a delight to the senses, does nothing but make the message vanish for a moment and reappear.


I'm on the latest version of Windows 11, and Apple Music works fine on my phone and iPad. Please help.

I have the same issue on a fresh install of Windows 11. Just started happening recently. Library works fine, but the tabs you mentioned all show "We've run into a problem."


Only workaround I've found is going to windows "Add or Remove Program" > "Apple Music Preview" > "Advanced Options" > and selecting "Reset"


This unfortunately requires signing back in, and the issue will reappear after restarting your computer.


Definitely going to need a fix to come from Apple.

What worked for me is when going to advanced options in uninstall a program for apple music there is a button that says terminate to terminate app and all processes. After clicking button then relaunching apple music right after the run into problem message goes away. For me this issue happens when i wake my computer from sleep mode after extended absence.

Having the same issue and unfortunately none of the advice in this thread fixed it. I cannot sign in, the form will let me enter my username and password but the UI of the app never updates and it just spins until the "we've run into a problem" message and button appears.


It was working, I got the latest update from the windows store, now it's not. Frustrating.
