As I noted, you need a new phone. You will never get iOS 13 or newer on an iPhone 6.
There is nothing Apple can do for you. An iPhone 6 does not have the necessary hardware to run any newer iOS version.
That is correct, you can't run those apps on your phone. You will need to get a newer phone capable of running a newer operating system if you want to use those apps.
