My iMessages are not working. They will send SMS messages (the green ones) but not the blue iMessages. I've tried doing all the resets on my phone, I've tried signing in and signing out, and my iMessage is turned on in my settings. My wifi works perfectly fine, and my data is also working. My plan is paid off and I'm not sure why else it would stop working.

Is this happening to all your contacts that have iphone or just a certain few?
