Email issue

I cannot receive or send emails. I can access old emails but that’s it.

Even if you use Apple Mail, you will most likely need to contact your ISP - they are the ones providing you with internet (and therefore Mail app access). Did you set up an account in Mail using their info?

Troubleshooting iPhone Mail:

Create and Use an App Password:

Note that you would need a new App Password, being that Mail is a third party app. You cannot log in using your eMail address password. Sometimes, changes are made to your Mac (i.e. update installation), and then incompatibility becomes an issue.
