Creating a Ventura installer drive

Hi,

I created a Ventura installer drive on a 16GB SanDisk Cruiser Blade. I formatted it in Disk Utility as MacOS Extended (Journaled). Then I used Terminal to create an installer drive. I was able to create ONE drive, but after that every attempt met with this error:

"Error: Error Domain=NSCocoaErrorDomain Code=513 "“Install macOS Ventura” couldn’t be copied because you don’t have permission to access “Install macOS Ventura”." UserInfo={NSSourceFilePathErrorKey=/Applications/Install macOS Ventura.app, NSUserStringVariant=(

    Copy

), NSDestinationFilePath=/Volumes/Install macOS Ventura/Install macOS Ventura.app, NSFilePath=/Applications/Install macOS Ventura.app, NSUnderlyingError=0x600000057d50 {Error Domain=NSPOSIXErrorDomain Code=1 "Operation not permitted"}}The copy of the installer app failed.

The bless of the installer disk failed."

Can anyone guide me in our post-Snow Leopard glitchy era?

Thanks.

Have you included Terminal in >System Settings>Privacy & Security>Full Disk Access...(?)
