re-asked notion regarding wifi

okay, so i want apple to read this newer statement from me. and like- actually read it too.

i and lots of others have tried everything we could, but your phones refuse to accept wifi. 11, 12, 13, 14, pro, mini, se, ios16, ios15, ios14.2 or whatever, it doesn’t matter.

”do you have a recent model?” a. i have an iphone 12, and b. this is even a problem with your later models.

”have you tried turning off and on your phone?” you have no idea how many times i have tried that.

”have you tried quickly pressing the up and down volume buttons, then hold the power button until the apple icon shows up?” see the answer to the previous question.

”have you reset your network settings?” yeah, and the second time i did it, i cannot find my own connection, because i cannot turn on the wifi. literally.

”have you reset all your settings?” resetting all of my settings does nothing.

”have you checked your wifi router?” well, let me answer that question with another question: you think this is about the wifi box and not your own products?

if you even bring up doing a factory reset, let me say that nobody in their right minds is going to do a factory reset of their phone, because what do you think you’ll lose when you do a factory reset?

apple, the problem with your phones, is that it is (deliberately) not allowing any user with an iphone to turn on the wifi and/or bluetooth. the button is grayed out, and everything we have tried left us with confusion and anger.

and before you ask us to send it in to an official apple store or the store of our network provider… a. how many people do you think you’ll get, and b. how successful will it actually be? like, be honest, will we actually be free from not being allowed to turn on the wifi, if we visit an apple store?

this should not be a problem with your products. and whatever it is you’re working on, drop it, unless it’s the issue of “my iphone doesn’t allow me to turn on the wifi because the button is grayed out.”

if i sound mad, it’s because i am… done with this stuff. please fix this issue; your users are begging you to do what’s best, and i am sure you want nobody to switch to android products.

help your folks out.

please, and thank you.

Hello cursiveM!

About doing a Factory Reset, I just want to clear something up. This action would be followed by you performing a restoration of your device from your device’s latest backup.

If you “want Apple to read this statement,” then, if you think it is indeed an issue with your iPhone, please leave feedback with Apple Here. I suggest you also leave a link to this thread when providing feedback, to save you the trouble of re-typing everything.

I hope this is helpful. Good Luck!
