I know this will probably sound ridiculous since it’s ebooks and not a physical library but is it possible to change the cover of the ebooks like changing album art for music? I know we used to be able to but I haven’t bought any books in so long so I didn’t know if it was still possible.

Idk about music(probably this method is applicable to that as well) but the way to change the cover of a book is easy.
1- on ibooks, go to your book you want to change the cover of and click on the three dots
2- select Get Info
3- there will be three sections called title, author and cover
4- click on the cover and this will prompt you to select any image you would like to use as the cover
5- click yes to “are you sure you want to change this” thingy
and done.
