app permissions not showing

Hello.

Whenever I want to send someone a picture, the ‘allow access’ badge pops on my screen. then I tap on ‘go to settings’ and BOOM!

I can’t allow access to anything because it’s not even there!

This means I can’t make calls, send pictures, send vocal messages or upload on my status - none of those. I can’t even send my documents!

I’m unable to use my phone properly and I desperately need help.

Also, I’ve tried going to settings> privacy & security> camera and it’s still not shown

I have to mention that I barely have any storage left, so is this perhaps a phone’s way to save it? Please send help!!

If you haven't yet, try restarting your device and check your privacy settings again to see if it see a difference: Restart your iPhone

Also, let's make sure that your iOS is updated to the latest version:

Update your iPhone or iPad

Update your iPhone or iPad wirelessly

1. Back up your device using iCloud or your computer.

2. Plug your device into power and connect to the internet with Wi-Fi.

3. Go to Settings > General, then tap Software Update.

4. If you see more than one software update option available, choose the one that you want to install.

5. Tap Install Now. If you see Download and Install instead, tap it to download the update, enter your passcode, then tap Install Now. If you don't know your passcode, learn what to do.

The amount of storage left shouldn't cause this issue. The low storage should be a separate notification. Let us know if the above steps were helpful.
