language switching in the launchpad does not work

I assume that you are going into Launchpad to er... launch an application, right?
Then you need to search because there are a lot them and the icon may not be immediately visible, is that it?
Why not bypass Launchpad completely, then?
You can do the search directly in Spotlight and press enter to launch the application in question.

Yes, it turns out to be convenient too and the solution is good, I will use it this way.
