My daughter recently passed away. We have her iPhone 11 but entered an incorrect pass code so the phone is locked. It hasn't been used in over 6 months. We charged it and would like to open it to retrieve photos and videos of her two children and her. How do I do this without erasing all those precious memories on the phone?
