Anyone get a message to download IOS 16 security update immediately?

i have a new IOS 16 “security” to

download. It seems fishy.

If you go to Settings > General > Software Update, it should show (halfway down the screen)

iOS 16.4.1 (a)

iOS is up to date

If it doesn't, do the update from that same screen to get it up to date.
