Caps lock key for language change does not work sporadically

The caps lock key which I use to shift languages (Korean and English) on my new iPhone 14 Pro just closes the window instead. It occurs a LOT more often for 14 than it did for my previous phone, 8. My keyboard is Logitech K850. Is this just another bug among the many other bugs I have on my brand new phone of a little over a month's use?

My new iPhone 14 Pro has been a miserable experience thus far. I am tired of calling Tech Support as their solution to everything seems to be to reboot/reset to factory state.
