You have muted your watch. From the bottom of your watch screen swipe up to open Control Center. See the icon with a bell on it, which is likely highlighted in red with a line through it and tap it to unmute your watch.

OK......one more test. Have someone call you. When you answer the call, tap the microphone icon you see with a line through it and then see if they can hear you after you tap it.

Restart your Apple Watch. Press and hold the side power button until you see a power button icon in the upper right hand corner of the screen. Tap it and then swipe to power off. Wait a minute, then tap and hold the power button until you see the Apple Logo. Sign in when prompted and see if your issue is resolved.

OK....Again open Settings on Apple Watch and look for Sounds & Haptics. Is the volume slider at the top all the way down?
