Family Sharing

I’m in family sharing and sharing 200GB but every few weeks it stops sharing the 200GB and puts me back at 5GB but keeps me in my family with the rest of the shared things. I’ve fixed it around 5 times but it just keeps happening. Why is this?

iPhone 13, iOS 16

Odd that that is repeatedly happening. Once I could understand but unless you're doing something to repeatedly break the family sharing connection you should just be at the level shared by the family. Maybe Apple can figure it out. If you still have questions or problems:

Refer to this document for ways to contact Apple --> Choose your country or region - Official Apple Support

Select your country (also look for "other" regions), then a product. If you don't see one that handles your issue then keep experimenting with selections until you reach one that gets you a chat session or a telephone call and get the representative to redirect you.
