How can I log out from deleted Apple ID?

I bought new Iphone 13(we are first user) for my sister and created child Apple ID and after a few days decided to delete it. I wrote to Apple Support, they helped me and deleted it. But, at the Iphone the account is existing and asking for Password to "LOG IN". However, when I am typing the password, it says that : "your account is not existing now and etc". I can not log in with another Apple ID, because firstly iPhone asking for loging to "Child Apple ID", which is not available anymore. How can I solve this problem ?

Carefully read this for information about what happens when you delete your Apple ID account.

"Make sure that you sign out of all your devices to avoid issues with apps that use your Apple ID account or iCloud. After your account is deleted, you can't sign out of iCloud or turn off Find My iPhone Activation Lock on your devices. If you forget to sign out, you might not be able to use your device when your account is deleted."
