I was charged a large amount of money for no reason!

I was charged $89.87 on my cash app from Apple.con and I went to my subscriptions in my setting and all that’s there is Apple Music and monthly payment for that is only like $10.99 but at the moment I’m using the free subscription. So can someone tell me why it is trying to charge me this much money?!

As your fellow end users, we have no more access to Apple's financial records than you. Rather than viewing your subscriptions, start here:

If you see 'apple.com/bill' on your billing statement - Apple Support

The most important part of that article is "View your purchase history." If Apple does NOT show a record of the charges in your history, it is likely scammers have gained access to your credit card/bank number and are pretending to be Apple. It happened to us.

If that is the case, only your CARD ISSUER or BANK can remedy it.

If Apple's history shows the charges, continue with the instructions in the article.
