Error when adding bank account to Apple Savings

Getting this message after adding another bank account to Apple Savings, "For your security, only bank accounts that are verified to be in vour name can be used for transfers." I have verified names are the same.

Transfer to Bank, not functioning properly, the Double Click to Confirm prompt, pops up and disappears immediately Transfer to bank function is not working. I select the Transfer to Bank option, adjust the amount of money i want to send, select the instant transfer option with a valid card already connected to the Apple Wallet, after pressing Next, the Double Clock to Confirm screen pops up and immediately goes away, so i cant ever confirm the transfer. How do i fix this?
