in my iphone in the cellular dont have add e-sim and it is very bad to my phone how can i find my add e-sim option and i solve my problem to use my e-sim in my phone.

If your iPhone model was manufactured for HongKong, Macao, China Mailand markets, you can't, sorry.
Those models support just two physical SIM cards, no eSIMs.
