FCPX trial, no sound effects?

I'm still on my 90 day trial and, today I clicked on sound effects and there is nothing there. Searching google, people have suggested closing FCPX, restarting computer, or redownloading FCPX. Since I'm on the trial, there isn't an option to get updates, or re-download. Any suggestions on how I can access the sound effects? I've attached a pic of what I see. Thanks, I'm loving the program.

MacBook Pro 15″, macOS 11.7

FYI: The Additional Content for Sound Effects is not available in the Trial Version:

Look in the Final Cut Pro menu if there is an option to download additional content. I’m not sure of the sound effects are available with the trial version. If you have iMovie that application’s sound effects and jingles should be available from the menu in the upper right.

Tom, well done. From the iMovie>Contents folder, I imported the sound effects into FCPX. Thanks for your help.
