AppleCare+ generally provides cover for compatible accessories purchased in the same transaction as the iPad. Specific terms for this cover may vary by your country/region. In many cases, an Apple Keyboard and Apple Pencil purchased with the iPad will be automatically covered by the associated AppleCare+ plan.

Accessories purchased in another transaction - whether directly from Apple or an Apple Authorised Retailer - might not be covered by AppleCare+. Again, you would need to verify the explicit terms that apply in your country.
