My Apple ID is greyed out on my iPhone and nothing happens when I click on it. How can I fix that?

Do you have a MDM profile?

If so, contact your company - IT department.

See -> Use parental controls on your child's iPhone, iPad and iPod touch

Check restrictions -> tap Settings -> Screen Time -> Content & Privacy -> scroll to Allow Changes.
