I am unable to unlock my iphone as it is showing iphone unavailable on the screen? How to recover it without loss of data?

Click here and follow the instructions. Restoring the iPhone requires plugging it into a computer with iTunes installed, or a Mac running Catalina or newer.

There isn't a way to recover the data from it.
