Afib detection in real time

I have paroxysmal afib and would like to know if the watch can detect any incidents or other arrythmias

in real time. The documentation suggests otherwise.

This documentation Track your AFib History with Apple Watch - Apple Support describes recording afib history, not real time.

Apple watch should not be considered a medical device.
