Create drop down using data from different sheet

So I am not sure if this is possible

I want to make a spreadsheet that has multiple drop downs and selections available to the user.

Based on these selections information is populated using a table from another sheet.

In sheet 1 called "Shoulders" I want to be able to select from variety of protocols and have that auto populate the table highlighted in green.

the protocols will all be listed in the protocols" sheet next to it. There will be 10 or so different protocols to choose from.

So using these as examples is it even possible in this format?

Biggest questions I need answered are

1. Can I create a drop down menu on "shoulders" that refers to information on the "protocols" page.
2. Then when selecting my desired protocol can I get it to auto populate a table.
