Ghost Tab on iPhone's Safari

Hi everyone,

I'm having a problem with a ghost tab on my iPhone's Safari. So, that tab (shown in the attachment) keeps staying on there for more than a month already, even though I have closed the tab on my Mac's Safari. I have tried to clean the browsing history and also turning on/off the Safari iCloud syncing, but none of those resolve the issue. Anyone can help?

Sadly my MacBook Pro M1 does not have this option that I can find. Yes, I have cleared the cache by selecting “Clear History and Website Data” . This is a fairly drastic move because it clears it on all my devices, even my MacBook. I have rebooted, forced to several times during the iOS 16.2 update. please HELP. disappearing tabs ipad safari I accidentally tapped something while using safari on iPad, and suddenly I have a start page and ALL MY TABS ARE GONE. There is no history to reopen them. Why is there no warning? They just close?? It’s something random, like holding a tab too long, or I think I was trying to rearrange my tabs, and POOF they ALL evaporated. This is madness! My tab setting is manual. There should be a setting option, “ASK BEFORE CLOSING ALL TABS”. Would that be so hard?!
