I can't sign into my @mac address or access icloud

I can't sign into my @mac address because when i go to log into icloud it sends a confirmation code email to my @mac address which i've never been able to connect with so i am shut out, i've tried logging in with @icloud and @me but it doesnt register those addresses :( help thanks
