I have a Pro-Ject T1 SB with internal pre-amp and RCA outputs. I'd like to connect it to my Mac Mini 2018 to digitize album collection. I do not see an audio input on the 2018 Mac Mini. Suggestions? Thanks much.

The 2018 Mac mini has no built-in audio inputs.
You'll need to find a USB audio input adapter. Something similar to this Behringer U-Phone UFO202 USB Audio Interface found at Sweetwater Sound. There are many other in a wide price range.
