cellular has stopped being available on my ipad

You may need to check that you have properly set-up cellular service for your iPad:

Set up cellular data service on your Wi-Fi + Cellular model iPad - Apple Support


If you continue to experience difficulties, seek assistance from your Cellular Service Provider - and verify that you account and SIM remain active.
