I started an indoor run on fitness+, when I meant to start an outdoor walk. How do I change this?
After the activity is completed, you can delete and add data in the relevant parts of iphone Health app
eg Remove activity health data
Open the Health app and tap the Browse tab.Â
1.Tap a category, such as Activity.Â
2.Tap a subcategory, such as Steps.
3.Tap Show All Data, then tap Edit in the top right-hand corner.
4.Tap the Delete button next to the record you want to delete.
To add data there is an Add Data link top right.
To affect rings you must do it the same day
