I know how to push the shuffle button and then my music shuffled but every time I connect my phone to my car and select a song on my phone from my car it automatically takes shuffle off and then starts to play my music in alphabetical order. When I first got the my iPhone 13 it never had this problem. The problem suddenly started a few months ago and it the same car with the cord and everything.

If your iPhone is not playing any audio or the Music app didn't have anything queued when you get in the car, the car is going to send a signal to play and it's going to just play your library in order.
If you have Music open already playing or open with something in queue, that should play instead.
Many audio accessories like your car and other headphones or speakers will send a signal that is similar to pressing the "Play" button on a stereo. Your car may have some option to turn off autoplay, which will leave you in control of bringing up your Music app and managing your playlist.
