Cannot Sign in with Apple ID on MacBook (Yosemite)
I’m not able to authenticate with Apple ID on MacBook Air (2014). It’s my wife’s device, I have noticed it runs on old system (Yosemite) and not getting updates. It’s not possible to sign in with Apple ID even when I’m resetting the password (it works fine on iPhone). I’m connected to Internet. Due to that I’m not able to sign out from iDrive.
Anyone had such a problem? Is it possible to reinstall the system without signing out from iDrive?
