Iphone 13 mini and active esims

I realize that this has been asked before but I did not see a clear answer:

Can i add two e sims to my iphone mini 13 but use only one and leave the physical as nano sim active.

Ideally what I want to do is keep my esim active but only for voice and text.

Buy a second esim and use it for data.

I would then leave my physical nano sim active for voice and text as well

Is this possible. Or is it basically only the following:

1 esim + 1 esim OR

1 esim + 1 nano sim.

Also if I buy a new esim does it replace the existing one or can I keep both?
