music from MacBook music to usb stick
How can I transfer music that I transferred to the MacBook (in the music app) to a usb drive?

Drag it from the Music app to the USB drive in Finder. If it won't go directly you may need to drag to say the Desktop first, and then move those copies to the USB drive. Note you cannot copy over content that is in the cloud or comes via an Apple Music subscription.
