i changed my apple id and password on my iphone13 and also on my PC but I still keep getting the pop up window from icloud constantly. still keep getting a pop up window from icloud asking my to update my apple id and password. the pop up window

i keep getting a pop up window from icloud/computer , asking me for my password to continue using icloud . the apple id in the window is the old apple id and wont let me change it to my current apple id , and of course, it wont accept my current apple id password cause its to my current apple id . iam able to access my icloud account by loging in thru chrome. but cant access my email on my PC

It sounds like you need to fully sign out of iCloud on your PC, in order to sign in with your new ID. Follow these steps to sign out: Sign out of or uninstall iCloud for Windows - Apple Support.


Once that is complete, you can sign in with your new ID by following these steps: Sign in and use iCloud.com - Apple Support.
