How to restore icons on iPhone?
Lost icons from my iPhone. Is there a way to restore them?

If by icons you mean Apps. So yes.
If you have removed your apps from the home screen but not deleted them. Then you can find them in the App Library. On your home screen, swipe left until you get to App Library. There you can find all the apps installed on your iPhone. If you want to have one or more apps on your Home Screen, just long press an app and drag it back to your Home Screen.
If you have deleted an app and would like to download it again. Then open the App Store. Tap your profile picture in the top right corner and select Purchased. In that menu, you can see an overview of all your previously downloaded and purchased apps.
