Why doesn't Apple allow setting up Family Sharing from the APP??? 😡

When you get an Apple Music family subscription, you can start and manage a family group to share your subscription."
As for providing full Family Sharing features, Apple does not share its plans with us until it make an official announcement to the whole world. You can propose an idea to them at Product Feedback - Apple
