You are not addressing Apple here. We are your fellow end users and have no access o Apple sales records.

Start with this Apple article:

If you see 'apple.com/bill' on your billing statement - Apple Support

focusing on viewing your purchase history. If you see the charge in your history, contact Apple using links in that article.

If you DO NOT see the charge in Apple's compilation, that suggests someone has stolen you card number and is pretending to be Apple. It happened to us.

In that case, contact your card issuer immediately. They are the only ones who can fix this.
