How to change my location for the weather app on my iPad?

My weather on homepage is for Beaumont Tx. How do I change it to Hawkins?

I have iPad 9 th generation

In the top right corner of the vertical banner on the left, tap on the 3 dots in a circle and edit the city list to reflect the cities you want.
