Straight Talk iPhone Warranty Repair

Hi, I bought a new Straight Talk iPhone 11 from Walmart within the past 30 days. When I bought the phone, I didn't realize that Walmart only offered a 14 day return policy. I now have a "glitchy" touchscreen - when I touch the screen on the bottom left corner, the same item that I am touching upon pops up in the center of the screen instead of going to the intended location. And sometimes the other corners are not responsive unless I tap on them several times. There are no physical damages to the screen or phone.

My question is: Will Apple Store repair the phone? If not, who do I need to contact for repairs?
