iPad Air 3 rd gen. blank screen frequently

if I lock the iPad or if it’s in idle for more than 5 min automatically screen goes blank. After that how many times I tried on it it shows blank screen but magically after 1 day (24 hrs min) if I try to on it screen works and I am blemto use the ipad but if I lock it again screen goes blank.

I tried all methods to reset the iPad but still it happens. Every alternate day I am able to use iPad.

can someone help me on this
