Keyboard and trackpad usually not working Macbook air M1 2020

A few months ago, my keyboard and trackpad freezing after i close lid or sleep, it only works after i restart my mac. However, now it doesn't work as soon as i turn it on or typing password to login or using it a few minutes. but the external keyboard and mouse are working properly

Im using lastest macOs ventura 13.2

I reset SMC, created new user, use safe mode, reinstall macOs but this problem is still there

Does anyone know where this problem comes from? and how to solve it?

I am getting exactly the same issue. I have a MacBook Air M1 2020 running macOs Ventura 13.2 and every so often the trackpad will stop clicking and the keyboard becomes unresponsive. I have returned it to Apple 3 times and they have replaced the following :

First time - Trackpad

Second time - Logic Board, M1 and touch ID

Third time - Another trackpad.

Had it back a week and its now doing it again. I feel so annoyed with it and seriously thinking about selling it, taking the loss of £500 and moving to another manufacturer.

I would also love any feedback on how to solve it as the Applecare service centre obviously dont.
