How to start the fitness app

I can’t get me fitness app to record my steps. It shows 120 days of zero progress. I’ve had my calorie goal set at 250. I’ve even attempted to delete the app and download it again. Still nothing. Anyone have and suggestions?

You can use the Fitness app to track your daily activity, set a move goal, see your progress, and see your movement trends over time—even if you don't have an Apple Watch.

Get started

  • Tap your picture or initials at the top right.
  • Tap Health Details.
  • To make a change, tap a field.
  • When you're finished, tap Done.
