How to set current photo library to be visible in wallpaper settings on m1 Mac
(further understanding in cases where I find problem - example if I want insert image in apple community ask a question box I am not able to access my photos but I can download images from safari directly to photos app)
as u can see there are 4 pictures in my photos app but not available

You can create an Album in the Photos application, then add the Album as a desktop picture category.
