I bought Geometry Dash on my daughter's ipad (Dec 4 2020). We have family sharing turned on. My son now wants it on his ipad. The App store is asking us to buy the app. No AppleIDs have changed. No one has multiple AppleIDs. Everyone has family sharing turned on. I can see that I purchased the app, but it's asking us to buy again.
It's only $2 but this shouldn't be that difficult to figure out.

3. Tap Purchased.
4. If you use Family Sharing, tap My Purchases or choose a family member’s name to see content that they purchased.
5. Tap "Not on this [device]."
6. Find the app that you want to download, then tap the download button.
