No sound during phone calls And cannt make calls

My iPhone 7 plus has no sound during phone calls. Nothing comes out of the speak and the loudspeaker option is greyed out so I can't even use that

If the loudspeaker is greyed out, this is a hardware issue. Contact - Official Apple Support to set up hardware service for your device
