You probably have an iPhone 6 or earlier (see Settings > General for your iPhone model and iOS version), and those and other older iPhones cannot be updated past iOS 12.
An increasing number of apps require newer iOS versions past iOS 12, which means a newer or new iPhone.
An iPhone 8 or newer is required for the current iOS 16.
Any recent iPhone will be substantially more capable than an iPhone 6, as well.

To update an iPhone, you will need a Wi-Fi connection (5G cellular can also work, but that’s probably not available on your iPhone), and no beta profile loaded, and no VPN app loaded.

Are you having the problem on your iPhone? If so, which phone do you have and what is the current iOS? Also, exactly what is the full error message? It sounds like you have an older phone that cannot be update to 16.2 which is what many apps are now requiring.
Yes, that is true, because the iOS is 9.3.3 something like that, therefore what should I do, to gabbage it or there's some alternatives?
There are no hardware upgrades.
Apple offers product recycling in most regions, if you don’t have another use.
You can see if the Apple Recycle program is available in your area. Check it out here, then scroll down to Other Devices. Recycle. I appreciate your willingness to consider recycling!
