Apple id

My husbands Apple ID is on my devices. How can I change it to my own?

In addition to having your husband sign out of his account (it will require his password to do this), you may wish to erase the phone before you sign in or else you risk some of his things remaining on the phone and getting mixed with yours. A general good procedure is outlined in this document: What to do before you sell, give away, or trade in your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support


You will then be ready to sign into your account and set up things for your preference:

Set up your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support


At this stage we should ask, do you have an Apple ID? If not, create one: How to create a new Apple ID - Apple Support
